What is the minimum rental period?
The apartments are available exclusively for long-term rental. The minimum rental period is 6 months.
How many apartments are there?
The complex consists of 2 buildings with 16 apartments in total: 10 two-bedroom apartments (87.4 m²)
and 6 three-bedroom apartments (110.4 m²). There are 2 apartments on each floor.
Is parking available?
Yes. The property has underground parking for 25 vehicles. Each resident is provided with a parking space for the duration of their stay.
Are the apartments furnished?
The standard package includes fitted kitchen furniture. Additional furniture can be provided for an extra fee.
Are utilities included in the rental price?
For the first 6 months, electricity, water, gas, and internet expenses are included in the rent.
After this period, these expenses are not included in the rent.
Is a security deposit required?
Yes. The security deposit is equal to one month’s rent.
